Doug Turner, PGA serves as the PGA ExecuSearch Consultant for the South Central, Southern Texas, and Sun Country PGA Sections.

Turner has over 18 years with the team having spent 13 years in the role and then 5 years away, returning in 2016 after a time spent working with orphans in Honduras, a facilitator for what is now Milestone Leadership, and the golf coach at John Brown University. He graduated from Ouachita University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and played 3 years on the golf team. While attending graduate school, Turner began a career in golf serving as an Assistant Professional in the Northern Texas Section and becoming a PGA Member in 1994 while serving as a General Manager for a daily fee golf club in Texas that was managed by ClubCorp. He received the highest awards from ClubCorp for their daily fee clubs.

In 1998, Turner became a member of the Career Services department as an Employment Consultant serving, both Texas Sections, Gateway, Midwest, South Central and Sun Country. By 2000, the team settled in with 9 consultants and remained that way for almost a decade. He also served as the Careerlinks Consultant for Gulf States, Alabama Northwest Florida, Iowa and Illinois. During his first tenure, he helped develop and refine many of the tools utilized by the department that serve the PGA Member and employers.

Turner lives in Bigelow, AR with his wife, Margo, and twins: Caleb and Grace.
