Jim West, PGA serves as the PGA ExecuSearch Consultant for the Tennessee and Kentucky PGA Sections.

West has been a PGA Member since 1992 and was the Director of Golf Operations for Tellico Village Property Owners Association outside of Knoxville, Tennessee for the past 17 years. In his career, West has served at a variety of facilities in management capacities at clubs in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Section PGA, Tennessee Golf Foundation and he has chaired the Section’s Education, Employment and Investment and Budget Committees. West has also been active with the Tennessee Turfgrass Association and the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America.

West has earned multiple PGA of America Awards in the Tennessee Section, including the 2014 Golf Professional of the Year, the 2015, 2016 and 2018 Horton Smith Trophy and the 2017 Bill Strausbaugh Award.
